According to NOCO 5, Charlie Sheen attended a divorce hearing in a Los Angeles courthouse in regards to custody of his twin sons. The star attended in person in order to convince a judge to allow him full custody of his twin sons. Unfortunately for Sheen, the judge was not swayed and ordered terms of child custody unchanged. No resolution was immediately announced after the hearing, also attended by Sheen’s estranged wife Brooke Mueller. Mueller emerged from the courthouse smiling but both sides refused to speak about details of the hearing. Reports say that Sheen is responsible for paying $50,000 a month in child custody. The twin boys, Bob and Max, are being cared for primarily by Mueller’s mother. Both Mueller and Sheen are required by the court to submit to drug and alcohol testing. The hearing was prompted by Mueller’s refusal to submit to a due drug test, which automatically resulted in that test being marked as dirty. According to the Huffington Post, Ashlee Simpson’s divorce from Pete Wentz has taken another step – the couple has relisted their home with an asking price of $3.69 million. Built in 1992, Simpson bought the home in 2007 for $4.5 million and originally listed the home’s sale price as $4 million. The artist recently made headlines when she filed from divorce from husband, Pete Wentz, the bassist of the band Fall Out Boy. The couple has a young son together, Mowgli Bronx. Wentz is reportedly very concerned about the effects the divorce may have on two-year old Mowgli. He plans to make life as easy as possible for their son, confirming that the couple is trying their best and working together to make sure they raise their child well. Wentz said that everything at home is good and that it is important for everyone who loves him to be involved with his life. According to US Magazine, Leah Messer has filed from divorce from husband of six months Corey Simms. The young couple featured on MTV’s popular TV show Teen Mom has dealt with relationship and parenthood issues chronicled on the series. The couple started dating in 2009 and Messer ended up getting pregnant with the couple’s twins. The twosome broke up briefly after the birth of twin girls Ali and Aleeah. However, throughout the show’s second season fans watched Messer and Simms reunite to co-parent. The move lead them to reconcile and their wedding was featured on the show’s finale. The world looked happy for this young couple, until fans were shocked by the news that Messer filed for divorce over allegations that Simms had been unfaithful. During Teen Mom 2’s reunion show, Messer talked to Dr. Drew about her relationship insecurities and fear that Simms would leave her to be a single parent. According to ABC, a divorce hearing turned vicious in front of the judge. Catie Scott-Gonzales required medical attention from an oral surgeon in order to have her mouth fixed so she can eat solid food again. This is just one of the latest steps in recuperating from a vicious beating inflicted by her husband in front of their divorce judge. Paul Gonzales, a former Marine, became enraged when the judge ordered him to pay child support for the couple’s two young children. Judge Ronald Rothschild witnessed the brutal beating in the private chambers at the Broward County Courthouse. The two trigger points appeared to be child custody and support. Gonzales told the judge he felt child support was unconstitutional and he informed the judge he’d take the kids and no one would ever see them again. Then he went after his wife from behind, strangling and hitting her on the face. Scott-Gonzalez’s mother was outside the chambers when she heard loud banging and tussling. She witnessed bailiffs running into the chambers, when the door opened and she saw her daughter lying in a pool of blood. She had been knocked unconscious. Bailiffs tasered Gonzales to subdue him.
